COVID-19 and Your Home Inspection

The health and safety of our Clients, buyer's / seller's Real Estate Agents, Homeowners, Inspectors, Sub-contractors, and the general public is of the utmost importance in these unprecedented times. As such, we are committed to wearing gloves and masks inside the property during inspection when required by those present or the homeowner, and / or as deemed appropriate by the Inspector / Sub-contractor. Our Clients and buyer's / seller's Real Estate Agents (when present), and Homeowners have the right to request these PPE be used by our Inspectors / Sub-contractors while in the home. Additionally, our Inspectors / Sub-contractors shall not work with COVID-19 symptoms, and if tested positive shall not work until such time as a negative test result is achieved.
